14-day guarantee

Not happy with Family? Email us within 14 days of your first payment:

  • We'll refund your most recent payment
  • No explanations required
  • No hoops to jump through
  • Your account reverts to Free (no data lost)

After 14 days

After the initial 14-day period, we don't offer automatic refunds. However, we're reasonable people:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service? Let's talk.
  • Billing error on our side? We'll fix it immediately.
  • Extenuating circumstances? We'll consider them.

Just email us at support@fuel.family and explain the situation.

What's not refundable

  • Change of mind after 14 days (but you can cancel anytime)
  • Partial months already used
  • Requests made after account deletion

How to request a refund

It's simple:

  • Email support@fuel.family with "Refund request" in the subject
  • Include your account email
  • We'll process it within 2 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

Processing time

Once we approve your refund, it typically takes:

  • 3-5 business days for credit cards
  • 5-10 business days for some banks
  • We'll email you when the refund is processed
