14-day guarantee
Not happy with Family? Email us within 14 days of your first payment:
- We'll refund your most recent payment
- No explanations required
- No hoops to jump through
- Your account reverts to Free (no data lost)
After 14 days
After the initial 14-day period, we don't offer automatic refunds. However, we're reasonable people:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service? Let's talk.
- Billing error on our side? We'll fix it immediately.
- Extenuating circumstances? We'll consider them.
Just email us at support@fuel.family and explain the situation.
What's not refundable
- Change of mind after 14 days (but you can cancel anytime)
- Partial months already used
- Requests made after account deletion
How to request a refund
It's simple:
- Email support@fuel.family with "Refund request" in the subject
- Include your account email
- We'll process it within 2 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
Processing time
Once we approve your refund, it typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for credit cards
- 5-10 business days for some banks
- We'll email you when the refund is processed
